cell lines

Mon Feb 13 08:05:32 EST 1995

I'm working on Triturus cristatus carnifex, Triturus vulgaris meridionalis and Notophthalmus viridescens, studying a hammerhead ribozyme transcribed from a higly repetitive sequence in their genome. Does anybody know if there are cell lines from these or related species (it could be easier and better to work on cells, instead that on animals). I'm particularly interested in ovarian cells.

Thank you.
