Formvar films for electron-microscopy

I need some information about making formvar-films for coating grids for 
electron-microscopy. Does anybody know some commercially available 
solutions and suppliers of them. I did create a handmade-machine and I am 
not very lucky about it because of the rather big changes in the quality 
(thickness, eveness) of the films.
I would be grateful for every little hint.
