DNA library for axolotl

I have been attempting to clone the amiloride sensitive Na channel in 
the colon of axolotl starting with mRNA and primers for subunits of 
mammalian and xenopus Na channels.  Difficulties have led me to 
consider other approaches.  My question:  does anyone have a DNA 
library for axolotl?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
