wanted: description of axolotls in labs

Hello, I'm a lay person interested in axolotls and how they regenerate.
I'm particularly interested in detailed descriptions of the kind of work
being done on them in laboratories--what techniques are used, including
machinery and lab equipment. Any info would be appreciated.
