Request from IU Axolotl Colony

Dear Urodele Community,

The IU Axolotl Colony would like to expand the versatility of the 
urodele model by developing RNAi (RNA inteference) as an experimental 
tool.

Can anybody give us a jump start by suggesting methods, RNAi's, or 
amphibian citations?
