2nd polar body in axolotl eggs

Hello,
We're wondering if anyone on this list may have some suggestions as to 
how to visualize the 2nd polar body of an activated
axolotl egg?  power of microscrope needed?  special lighting 
conditions?  Perhaps a brief description of what we're seeing?
