Hepatitis "A" Vaccine, inactiviated, became availble in the United States this
year(1995). It has been avaialable in Germany since December 1992, and has also
been avaialble in European countries such as France, The Netherlands and
Switzerland. The HAVRIX brand is manfactured in Belgium by Smith Kline Beecham
Biologicals. It is also avaialble at special clinics in Nepal. It is
distributed in the USA by Smith Kline Beecham Pharmaceuticals, Philadelphia ,
PA 1901 according to the package insert issued in Feb 1995.
