Dear Bryce:
These "Plague Monkeys" that you are referring too, are MACAQUES
(sp??). They are apparantly thought to be the carrier/host (not
PRIMARY source) for Ebola, as described in Richard Prestons "Hot
Zone" and Laurie Garret's "The Coming Plague". If you want to
know more about these "Plague Monkeys" you might want to check in
these two books (I thing Garret's book is probably the better one
to check).
