I am an undergraduate doing a project on the HSV1 LAT promotors at
UCL the work was to do transient assays with various areas of the promotor
to look for level of exprression of a reporter gene. I would be very
appreciative if any one could provide me with some bang up to date
information that I could put in to my write up.
