  It gives me immense pleasure to introduce myself as a Research associate working at Case Western Reserve university, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. I have thorough expertise in Protein biochemistry, enzymology, assessment of animal models and cell culture. I am also well versed in microscopical techniques including fixation, processing, section cutting, immunostaining of tissues as well as cells along with western immunoblot analysis. During five and half years of my PhD I had the opportunity to master isolation of neuronal and astroglial cells from the rat brain and check DNA repair using DNA polymerase assay. I have expertise in large but related fields including initiation (oxidative stress), progression (loss of DNA repair, Bcl-2 family regulation) and execution (activation of caspases, calpains) of apoptotic cascades.
