In response to Cathy Quinone's comments about couples: Thanks, Cathy, you've got it exactly right. When grants cover half the year's salary, they both get full salary (what a concept!). And you're right, they both do more than half time, but then, the rest of us work time and a half, so in proportion, we all hit it about the same percentage! Janet Ott
