great advisor, bad situation

To Marcy and Jane Lee,

You have both very boldly and clearly told the readers of this newsgroup
(total strangers) what your situation is and how it makes you feel.  My
first suggestion is to share this with you advisor and labmates.  I have
a feeling you may be tending to just "put up" with this without voicing
your opinions/thoughts.  Right?

*IF* these are such great advisors, they'll be responsive to your being
frank with them.  

Think about it: no matter how much advice this newsgroup gives you, the
only ones who can really change your situation are you and you advisors.
