I wonder what the person who posted as "John Pranger" offers as:

1) a solution to his vision of what's wrong with modern medicine
and 
2) why he doesn't take a shot at the insurance industry when at least 
one HMO in MN has 2.8 billion in the bank and is trying to buy our 
basketball team?  Most of the medical professionals I know are not 
wealthy, deceitful leaches as portrayed in "John's" lengthy post.
