I have had similar experiences.  My major advisor steals my ideas regularly.
I find it helps to write things down, instead of blurting out my good ideas.
it's even gone so far as stealing research ideas and assigning them to a 
male grad student. :>  Not much we can do about it.  Write your ideas down...
keep a journal in a safe place.
