Reviewers

I'm looking for literate and articulate M.D.'s from all specialties 
and all areas of medicine who would like to review books for the New 
England Journal of Medicine. I have a long list of reviewers, mainly 
men. Would love to have better representation of women. Please include 
area of interest, FAX number and city in your reply. We especially need 
reviewers for historical, social and ethical aspects of medicine.
