FASEB has a call nominations for the "FASEB Excellence in Science Lecture 
and Award 1997" including $10,000 unrestricted research grant funded by 
Eli Lilly and Company.  Purpose: To recognize outstanding achievement by 
women in biological science.  Eligibility:  member of FASEB society and 
research has significantly contributed to understanding of a particular 
discipline by excellence in research.  Nominations: made by member of 
FASEB, deadline March 1, 1996, details:
