help--biogeography

Hello, I'm an undergrad at Trent University, Canada.

I'm looking for information on the past and present distribution of Ginkgo 
biloba L..  I have had very little luck on both cd-rom searches and in 
Biological Abstracts.  While I've managed to obtain two journal articles, 
the references seem to be unavailable.  Any advice or direction would be of
