I have sat on dozens of faculty search committees. It is very unlikely
that a search committee will discover you are applying for post-docs at
the same time as long as the post docs are in different academic
departments.
If, on the other hand, the committee were to discover that you were
simultaneously applying for post-docs, it would, I think, weaken your
application for the faculty job.
One other point. If you are applying for both kinds of jobs, be very
certain that your letter writers do not make mention of the wrong type
of position in their letters. In this word-processed world, the same
letter often gets sent to every address.
