book author?

I am looking for a book on the life of Barbara McClintock that I heard 
about at the recent ASPP meetings but did not catch the title.  I vaguely 
remember it as being something like "Know your organism".  If this 
reminds anyone of a possible title I'd appreciate knowing.  I'd like to 
read it to see if we could use it for a possible seminar book.
