I am glad to see the this becoming a way for women to express
themselves.  I was a scientist before I went to law school.  Now ai am
a VP of Strategic Planning for a Drug discovery company in San Diego. 
Somedays I miss the lab, but the point that I am trying to make here is
that biotech is really opening up for women with science backgrounds. 

And that is really exciting
