As women progress in "industry" what went around comes around, so to speak. 
It was my great delight  to negotiate a deal between my company and my
former major Professor (who shall remain nameless) with me in the drivers
seat.

Have to tell you I enjoyed that negotiation more than anything in a very
very long while!  Especially after he pointed out how sorry he was that I
had pushed aside the notion of having children!
