Some topics I am interested in starting are-

- how well or poorly do group lab experiemnts really work, particularily in 
intro courses- and how does one  determine full participation of
all partners?

- what are the most frequent forms of cheating by students?

- do women and men have the same beliefs in terms of ethical, professional behavior?

-what are some of the intangibles that help or hinder the tenure process?

(Are those intangibles different for men and women?)
