job hunting and pregnancy

Good luck with getting through this tough period. Also, don't lose hope.
Sometimes it does take awhile for an academic lab to hire a new postdoc.
We sometimes have a difficult time trying to convince our administrator
that we have sufficient funds... The only advice I can offer is that you
should enthusisatically follow up with the places you interviewed at. Let
them know how interested you are in their research, etc.
You could also post the name of the city you are looking for a job in and
an overview of your skills and interests. You never know who will read it!
