R factor

Dear all,

I ran a slowcool SA and got Rfree=0.318 and R=0.279. However under 

xrefin print R end 

I got error msg as " %XRSCLL-error: sum over FCALC is zero (for TEST=  1) " and
the resulting R=0.5833 and [WORKING SET (TEST=0)] optimum Fobs/Fcalc scale 
=********.
