Hi everybody, Can anyone help me with parameters for the N-P bond? I'd like to do some MD on phosphoglycerate mutase with a histidyl-phosphate enzyme. Any advice on how to make educated guesses would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. daniel at biovax.ed.ac.uk
