two-fold symm

hi 
	I am working on solving the solution structure of a 
self-complementary rna duplex.  I would like advice on how to impose 
two-fold symmetry during the dg/embedding step and/or simulated annealing 
step.  The two strands are designated with unique segids.  Thanks for any 
help.
