please try the latest version of topallhdg.pro/ parallhdg.pro.
they can be found on anonymous ftp

directory /pub/local/nilges/parameters/test

You will need to recalculate the .psf file. also, the default 
state of the histidine residues is the double protonated state. if you want
the histidine to be only protonated once, use the hisd or hise patches.
