lactam

Dear X-plor users
We are interested in generating the structure of a peptide with a 
lactam bridge using X-PLOR, specificallly between Glu and Lys
side chains.  Is there a patch statement equivalent to PEPT which
will form a peptide lactam bond with the correct partial charges/angles/
lengths?    Thanks a lot    Krishna
