xplor 3.8 doesn't like my SIGM= statements

That's right, it has to be SIGMA.  No abbreviations allowed
anymore in reflection files.  

I also know about the problem with negative phases.  I plan
to fix that soon.  In the meantime, just add 360 degrees.
