I just want to double check this... I'm using the new xplor (xplor_3.851) and Engh and Huber topology and paramater files. Do I need a cis proline patch? I understand that simulated annealing can isomerize prolines, but when using generate and positional after rebuilding will prolines be isomerized back to trans? Thanks, Ben
