R-free vs. R-factor

Hello,

    I tried to do a rigid body refinement on one of my MR solution.  The
initial R-free dropped from 54.4% to 37.6%.  However, the R-factor
remained at 46%.  Can someone tell me what went wrong?  Thank you!
