On the official X-PLOR ftp server ( xplor.csb.yale.edu ) there is a
X-PLOR 3.851 ELF executable compiled under RedHat-4.1 Linux 2.0.27 with
f2c/gcc2.7.2 . It should work for you (you might need to install the
f2c-related libraries).
