To whom it may concern:

We are presently searching for 1-2 postdoctoral fellows to combine
modern biochemistry with structural biology to elucidate the
three-dimensional structure and function of regulatory complexes in
transcription and apoptosis. The successful candidate(s) will have the
opportunity to define the biochemical assembly and structure of
enhancer and promoter complexes and/or to investigate the assembly of
TNF receptor complexes in cell proliferation and death. Structural
tools include both multi-nuclear, multi-dimensional NMR employing
triple and quadruple resonance methods on binary and ternary complexes
up to 45kD. X-ray crystallography is also employed in these studies to
analyze larger systems at the molecular level. Primary
experience in modern spectroscopy or crystallography required.
The laboratory is equipped with 4 channel Bruker 500 and 600MHz DMX
instruments and the University possess ample resources for
crystallography.

More information about the laboratory is available at
www.rockefeller.edu, following the links to structural biology.
Housing is available across the street from the University on the Upper
East Side of Manhattan.
