pdb -> parameter + psf files?

Hi,

I am trying to generate psf and parameter files
from pdb files.  I was able to generate the parameter file using xplo2d, but
that program does not generate the psf file.  Is it possible to generate
these files without using x-plor (which I don't have)?

I am trying to generate these as input to NAMD.
