Research position in Protein Crystallography at HHMI/MIT

The Howard Hughes Medical Institute is seeking a Research Specialist 
to supervise an X-ray laboratory for Dr. Carl O. Pabo at the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  Individual will be responsible 
for equipment maintenance, laboratory safety, and organization of
crystallographic software.  Additional responsibilities will include
helping to train new students and participating, as time permits, in
crystallization and structure determination of protein-DNA complexes.

Ideal candidate will assume a central role in a very active research 
program, and a highly motivated individual will have ample opportunity 
for continued professional growth and development.
Qualifications include Ph.D. in biophysics or biochemistry and strong
background in macromolecular crystallography.  Preference will be 
given to candidates with experience in MIR, molecular replacement,
cryocrystallography and refinement.
