bug in NBFIx input routines in X-PLOR

Hi Mitch,

 Thanks for posting this information - I'll take a look at
 fixing it for our next release of X-PLOR.

 I guess no-one spotted this before because NBFix isn't used much.

 The bug will also be present in MSI's X-PLOR 98.0 since 
 we did not change the parmio.s routines in that release

 I'd greatly appeciate a copy of your test scripts.
