new parameter files

Hello!

The files "protein_rep.param" and "parhcdx.pro" are both available in
the online XPLOR ftp site.  Which of these is considered to have the
most accurate protein parameters? (Why the 2 files?)  

protein_rep.param does contain some additional variables and water
information.
