CNS translation searching

Has anyone else yet tried a combined translation search to find a second
molecule's z-position using CNS?  There is a setting for atom_select (to
be included in translation function) and atom_fixed (for "already placed
molecule(s)"): does one then read in a coordinate file that contains
both molecules and separate them into the above sets?  Guide me!
