Patching in Charmm

I would simply like to take the end residue of a simple peptide and
connect it with a peptide bond to the first residue in the chain making
a cyclopeptide. In Xplor, the patch command is as follows:

patch PEPT
        reference="+"=(resid 1)
        reference="-"=(resid 6)
end

Can anyone please tell me how to "translate" this into Charmm input?
