Dear expert refiners,
I have a dimer that I would like to refine as 2 separate rigid
bodies.
In rigid.inp, there is an atom selection section.
What should I use for... atom_select=(known and not hydrogen)
group_1=( ? )
group_2=( ? )
I've tried atom#s separated by a <space> (1 1061) or a dash (1-1061)
or residue #s w/ chain ID (A5-A144)
or should I run rigid.inp twice?
(once for each monomer - on separate pdb files)
Thanks in advance,
