Hi Can anyone tell me if the order of refinement rounds matter? Specifically, should positional refinement be run in multiple rounds until convergence is reached then b-refinement OR should the two be run alternately (1 round positional, 1 round b-ref then repeat positional, then bref etc) until convergence is reached? Does it matter? Thanks
