CNS vs. XPLOR starting and ending Temps

Thank you for your response John Kuszewski.  That does make sense, however
I was wondering if this still holds true when you choose to use
'cartesian' hot phase dynamics and 'cartesian' slow cool molecular
dynamics.  In CNS there is an option to use 'torsion' or 'cartesian'
molecular dynamics.
