a three-phosphate at 5' end of RNA

Hi all,

I have a nice model of a RNA molecule. I can discriminate a three-phosphate
at 5'-end of RNA very clearly. In CNS inputs files I have found topology
parameters for one 5'-end phosphate but I have three ones! How can I refine
this tail of the RNA? I think it will drop my Rfactor great.
