Hi, I am trying to run generate.inp on an Apple powerbook G4. Normally, this runs without a problem, but when I try to add carbohydrate groups and run it, the program aborts. When I run the program on an SGI with the same inp file, it runs to completion. Has anyone else seen other problems running CNS on a Mac running OSX?? Many thanks James ---
