Accessible surface area in protein molecule

Hello
      I am looking for a program to calculate fractional
accessible surface area in a Protein molecule. I have calculated
the accessible surface atoms by Lee & Richards method and I would
like normalize  the accessible surface area of a residues X with
area found in the native conformation of GLY-X-GLY
( Sharke & Rupley,1973).

Any help is appreciated.
