PKB (Protein Knowledge Base) may be the package you are looking for.
Here is a quote from Bryant S.H. (1989) PKB: A Program and Data Base
for Analysis of Protein Structure. PROTEINS: Structure, Function and
Genetics(5)233-247.
"PKB is a computer program system that combines a data base of
three-dimensional protein structures with a series of algorithms for
pattern recognition, data analysis, and graphics."
The package is available by anonymous ftp from ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
(130.14.25.1) directory /pub/pkb/. It requires a UNIX machine, S or
Splus statistical package, RATFOR pre-processor, Fortran and C
compilers in order to build/run the system.
