3d-1d program

Since posting a request for info about procuring the 3D-1D program of 
Bowie, Luthy and Eisenberg, I've received a lot of requests to pass along
what I've learned.  I've sent a query to the folks at UCLA to get 
permission to bandy their email address about on the network, and 
will pass said address along when permission is granted...
