Loops in density

Dear netters,

I am looking for programs which are helpful in fitting loop regions of proteins 
into density. I dont know if there are for example PDB DATA search programs 
available, which can extract examples of well defined loop regions for 
comparison. Or if there are special coordinate fitting programs for loops.
Any suggestion might be helpful.
