 Dear Netters;

  I would like to get the next two program. 

 1. DSSP,  the program written by Kacsbh and Sander, is the secondary

  strucure element determination from atomic parameters.

 2. MIDASPLUS (?). Caluculation the average deviation of two protein

   structures Calpha atoms.
