O - DNA torsion problems

Concerning "O"
Does anybody have any .tosion_information files for DNA residues?
I have tried created my own, but they will refuse to be read in
on O.
I believe my text file to be correct - could anyone suggest any
reasons for the error [16] message I'm getting.
 
I have tried Alwyn and Morten - they're not there!
